Effective July 2, 2026
These terms govern your use of iDesign Studio ("Studio"), a product of iDesign of Larchmont, New York. By creating an account or using Studio, you agree to them. If you are using Studio on behalf of a business, you represent that you can bind that business to these terms.
Keep your sign-in credentials to yourself, provide accurate information, and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
You own the designs, brand kits, and images you put into Studio. You grant iDesign a limited license to host, store, process, transmit, and display that content solely to operate the service, including showing designs to the people you share them with. That license ends when the content is deleted. You are responsible for having the rights to anything you upload, including logos, fonts, imagery, and photographs.
Brand admins control brand kits and lock settings for their brand. Share links expose a design to anyone holding the link at the level you set, so treat edit links like keys. Studio's brand lock is a workflow control that keeps day-to-day work on brand; it is not a guarantee that no technically sophisticated actor could ever produce an off-brand value.
Studio is provided as is and as available. Features may change, and maintenance or factors outside our control may interrupt the service. We aim for boring reliability, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability, and you should export copies of anything you cannot afford to lose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, iDesign disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the same extent, iDesign's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to Studio is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid iDesign for Studio in the twelve months before the claim or one hundred US dollars, and iDesign is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill.
You can stop using Studio and request account deletion at any time. iDesign may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical. Sections that by their nature should survive termination do survive, including content ownership, disclaimers, and the limitation of liability.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law rules, and disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York.
If these terms change in a meaningful way, the date above will be updated and notice will be posted on this page. Continuing to use Studio after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
